Terms and Conditions
Reservation and Booking:
- All car rental reservations are subject to availability.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including personal details, driver's license information, and payment details.
- The minimum age requirement for renting a car is 21 years old. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years old.
- The rental period begins and ends according to the dates and times specified during the booking process.
- Late returns may result in additional charges. If you need to extend your rental period, please notify us in advance.
Driver's License and Insurance:
- All drivers must possess a valid driver's license, issued from their country of residence, and must present it at the time of pick-up.
- Customers are required to have valid insurance coverage that includes liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. Proof of insurance may be requested.
Payment and Deposit:
- Full payment for the rental must be made at the time of booking.
- A security deposit will be held on the customer's credit card at the time of pick-up. The deposit amount will be determined based on the rental duration and the car model.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled rental start date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows and cancellations made after the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
Vehicle Use and Restrictions:
- Customers are responsible for using the rental car in a lawful manner and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- The rental car should not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or towing.
Damage and Liability:
- Customers are responsible for any damage to the rental car during the rental period.
- Additional charges may apply for cleaning fees, fuel charges, tolls, and traffic violations.
- The rental car should be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Limitation of Liability:
- DAHDAH Rent-a-Car is not liable for any personal belongings left in the rental car.
- DAHDAH Rent-a-Car is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.
At DAHDAH Rent-a-Car , we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying rental car experience. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the reservation start time.
- If you encounter any issues with the rented vehicle upon pick-up or during the rental period, please inform us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
- Refunds will not be provided for early returns or unused rental days.
Damaged or Unreturned Vehicles:
- Customers are responsible for returning the rented vehicle in the same condition as when it was received.
- Any damages incurred during the rental period, including accidents, scratches, or dents, will be assessed and the corresponding repair costs may be deducted from the refundable deposit or charged separately.
- In the event of a lost or unreturned vehicle, customers will be responsible for the full replacement value of the vehicle.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approving the refund request.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
